Instructions for orders
You must complete the paper form sent to you as follows:
- Indicate the quantity per pose for each desired item
- Enter the amount for each item, the subtotal and total
- Enter the contact details of the parent (in case of questions)
- Check and complete the payment method
- Insert the order form in the envelope, making sure that the child’s ID above is visible in the window of the envelope
- Insert the money/check in the envelope or make the transfer
- Return everything to school before the date indicated
* Be sure to put the PO ID on the front of the check or as a secret question by e-transfer so that we are able to match the PO and the payment.
Method of payment
Grouped payment for several orders (several children)
- You can combine the payment of several orders of your children on the same check or Interac transfer.
- However, you absolutely must provide the ID # of each student/purchase order in order to associate them with your payment.
Example with 2 students from the same school:

# F1 – Digital file
- You can order one or more digital files.
- Price is for one photo.
- To order them you must complete the paper form and return it to the school before the due date of November 22, 2022.
- Please write your email address on the form so that it is easily readable as well as your name and telephone number.
- Files will be emailed the same week as the printed photos.
# 23 – Insulated Bottle
This sturdy insulated bottle is made of stainless steel. It can keep liquids hot or cold thanks to its double insulating wall. 16oz capacity
# 25 – Metal bottles
Being made of metal, it is very strong and resistant.
Can hold 600 ml.
# 27 – Magnetic multipurpose frame
This small 2 x 3 inch frame is very versatile thanks to these two small supports and its magnet allowing it to adopt a vertical, horizontal position or to adhere to a metal surface.
(The magnet will not adhere to aluminum and some types of stainless steel.)
# 28 – 10″ x 8″ calendar and 3 bookmarks
The layout of the calendar is determined by the orientation of the original photo, either vertical or horizontal.

They are delivered on a slightly sticky cardboard to hold the parts in place and all in a plastic bag.

# 44 – Hockey puck display.
- Model 1: Very simple and yet very pretty and effective. It consists of two pieces of acrylic that fit together to form the display. Delivery costs are thus reduced. * Washer not included.

Finally a trophy which will be an added value to sports sets and cards. The photograph is stuck on a real washer using a permanent product
# 46 – Aluminum Bookmark
Perfect to never lose the page again. The entire surface of the front is produced by sublimation process and the brushed aluminum finish appears on the back. Overall bookmark dimension: 1.25″x5″

Very robust thermo type mug. Ideal for long trips due to its 15 oz capacity. Although it is waterproof, it should be hand washed to preserve the longevity of the photo.
